The ULTRA Europe festival is not just a music event, and it’s not just another festival.

It is a concept that does not exist anywhere in the world and which connects Croatian culture, fairytale locations, islands, gastronomy, and music in a unique way—it is an ideal combination of music and everything that Croatia is known for.

The record numbers of 2022 Ultra Europe are only a confirmation of the vision and courage and do not deviate from the goal that was set ten years ago in its first edition.

What makes ULTRA Europe different from all other festivals in the world is the way it connects music and holiday destinations.

ULTRA Europe takes its fans on a journey from the Croatian cities of Split, Klis, and Omis to the beautiful islands of Bra, Hvar, and Vis. Many of these are popular destinations for Game of Thrones and Mamma Mia fans as they were used as main filming locations of the series. However, festival guests are also happy to easily travel to Dubrovnik, to the Krka waterfalls, and the Plitvice Lakes, places that they chose in an official survey as must-sees. On average, they stay in Croatia for almost seven days and take pictures and memories with them to all corners of the world.

ULTRA Europe is steadily approaching the status of one of the world’s largest festivals! The new chapter of the biggest international event in Croatia has already been announced, so Split will host the ninth edition from July 7 to July 9, 2023.
