Russ Vitale, popularly known as Russ, is an American-Born artist of Saudi Arabian descent. He was one of the fastest growing artists of 2016 in the hip hop scene! He is also part of the DIEMON Crew, a well known rap group. Since it’s creation in 2014, his SoundCloud page has gotten over 40 million listens! Earlier in 2016, Russ signed to Columbia Records. He later released the single “What They Want” which got millions of listens on Spotify.
After releasing a handful of non-album singles in 2019, Russ kicked off a new decade in January 2020 with his third album for Columbia, Shake the Snow Globe. The set hit the Top Five once again and the single ‘Best on Earth’ with Bia became a chart hit. That October, he returned with the non-album track ‘Paid Off,’ before rounding out the year with the Chomp EP. More non-album tracks followed, including 2020’s ‘Take You Back’ with Kehlani and 2021’s ‘Ugly’ featuring Lil Baby . A follow-up album, Chomp 2, arrived in December 2021 and featured appearances by Ransom, and others.
Russ is heading to India for the first time for a 2-city tour i.e. Mumbai & Delhi as a part of his THE JOURNEY IS EVERYTHING World Tour on the 28th and 29th of October respectively, presented by AVRIK LIVE & Exp and co-produced by Rockage, in association with Radio Mirchi, and ticketing partners – SortMyScene & Insider.
Atlanta based rapper-producer Bugus Thompson, will also perform in India supporting Russ during this debut tour.
