Fans who prefer to check in at the festival’s ticketing location on the day of the event will be charged 25 euros. The online check-in process can be completed prior to the festival’s opening. Only subscribers or single-day ticketholders with a valid bar code and photo ID who have registered in the Check-in form (online or onsite) will be issued a festival bracelet.
Once a fan has checked in successfully online, they will be able to customise their very own Festival Pistol. Each attendee can preload their festival ticket with cash by using the Top-up service. Any Credit Point location throughout the festival will process the charge and activate it on the wearer’s bracelet. This year, the event producers provided secure storage for attendees, which is conveniently placed just outside the festival gates outside the main entrance. Locker rentals are available to attendees at the cost of 150 lei for the entire four-day event, or at the rate of 50 lei each day.
In addition to the subscription or access ticket, minors under the age of 18 must also have a government-issued photo ID and a signed parental consent form. Bracelet removal is permitted between 15:00 and 04:00 on festival days in Simion Bărnuțiu Park, close to the Hungarian Opera’s main entrance.

The Untold Festival will premiere a brand-new, previously untold story in 2023. This year, on Thursday, August 3 at 4 p.m., the enchanted portals to the UNTOLD cosmos will finally be unlocked. The event is open from 16:00 to 05:00 during the course of all 4 days and nights of entertainment.
