UNTOLD 2026 is off to a massive start. More than 250,000 people have attended the festival during its first two days, with some of the biggest names in music taking over Cluj-Napoca.

The 11th edition of UNTOLD has already delivered two huge nights of music, bringing together global superstars, EDM heavyweights, techno legends and some of Romania’s biggest urban artists.

With nine stages spread across the festival grounds, UNTOLD once again turned Cluj-Napoca into a massive celebration of electronic music, pop, hip-hop, techno and everything in between.

More than 120,000 people attended the opening day, with another 130,000 festivalgoers arriving on Day 2.

And the lineup did not disappoint.

The first night opened with OLIX & ANER from KISS FM, followed by Alexandra Căpitănescu and DJ Bliss, before the festival moved into its first major performances of the weekend.

But the biggest moments of the night were still to come.

STING DELIVERS A SPECIAL UNTOLD MOMENT

Legendary British artist Sting brought generations of music fans together on the UNTOLD Mainstage.

Performing some of his most iconic songs, Sting delivered one of the opening day’s most memorable performances, proving once again why his music continues to connect with audiences decades after its release.

The night then shifted back into electronic territory, with Cancelled Music followed by James Hype, who made his UNTOLD debut.

The British DJ brought his signature high-energy sound to the Mainstage and was visibly impressed by the huge crowd in front of him.

Then came The Chainsmokers.

The American duo delivered one of the most emotional performances of the first two days, with tens of thousands of fans singing along to their biggest hits.

Drew Taggart became visibly emotional during the show, overwhelmed by the reaction from the UNTOLD crowd.

The duo later revealed that they had been eager to return to the festival and had asked their team to make it happen.

It was a major moment for both The Chainsmokers and the UNTOLD audience.

Romanian artist Guess Who also made his Mainstage debut, performing some of his biggest tracks for a crowd that knew every word.

While the Mainstage was packed with international stars, Carl Cox was taking over the Galaxy Stage.

CARL COX TAKES GALAXY UNTIL SUNRISE

The Galaxy Stage delivered a completely different atmosphere, with Persic B2B Paul Svenson, RBØR, Priku and Cezar setting the tone before one of techno’s biggest legends stepped behind the decks.

Carl Cox returned to UNTOLD and delivered a powerful set that kept the Galaxy crowd moving until sunrise.

The legendary British DJ once again demonstrated why he remains one of the most influential figures in electronic music.

Meanwhile, the Alchemy Stage brought the energy of hip-hop, trap and bass music, featuring artists including Marko Glass ft. Bvcovia, Albert NBN, IAN, Gramatik and Sigma.

Then came Day 2.

And somehow, UNTOLD managed to raise the bar again.

More than 130,000 people entered the festival grounds, with Romanian favorites Puya and Alex Velea opening the Mainstage before Swae Lee made his first UNTOLD appearance.

The American rapper brought his hip-hop and trap sound to Cluj before the Mainstage moved into a huge run of pop and electronic performances.

ZARA LARSSON LIGHTS UP UNTOLD

Swedish pop star Zara Larsson delivered one of the standout performances of the second day.

Her high-energy set transformed the Mainstage into a sea of lights as thousands of fans sang along to her biggest hits.

Then it was time for Kygo.

The Norwegian superstar brought his signature tropical-house sound to UNTOLD, delivering a melodic and euphoric performance packed with global hits.

The energy continued with Sebastian Ingrosso.

The Swedish House Mafia member brought the sound and scale of the world’s biggest electronic music festivals to Cluj-Napoca, keeping the Mainstage crowd moving late into the night.

Then came Marshmello.

One of EDM’s biggest names delivered an explosive performance, turning the Mainstage into another massive festival moment before Tchami closed out the night.

The French producer and future-house pioneer brought his signature sound to UNTOLD for the final Mainstage set of the evening.

UNTOLD’S OTHER STAGES KEEP THE ENERGY GOING

Away from the Mainstage, the festival continued with an equally impressive selection of artists.

At Galaxy, GORDO delivered a high-energy set for the underground electronic music crowd, creating another powerful connection between artist and audience.

The Alchemy Stage continued its run of urban performances with Alex Velea & Mădătorricelli, IDK and M.G.L.

Canadian artist bbno$ also made his UNTOLD debut, bringing his unconventional style and viral hits to the festival.

He was joined by special guest Azteca, adding another memorable moment to an already packed night.

UNTOLD also delivered a special Romanian collaboration, with Damian Drăghici & Brothers together with Pado & Belu making their festival debut in a show created exclusively for UNTOLD.

From underground techno and house to massive EDM productions, pop anthems and Romanian urban music, the first two days once again demonstrated just how diverse the UNTOLD experience has become.

UNTOLD 2027 – STAR EDITION IS ALREADY COMING

While this year’s festival is still underway, UNTOLD has already revealed the next chapter.

The first passes for UNTOLD 2027 – STAR EDITION went on sale on August 8 at 9:30 PM, with limited first passes starting at €75 plus taxes and fees, compared with the final pass price of €249 plus taxes and fees.

The STAR EDITION will introduce a new chapter for the festival, with fans already getting the chance to secure their place for 2027.

UNTOLD is also using this year’s edition to launch ONE BILLION FOR GOOD, a global movement focused on bringing people together through acts of kindness.

The initiative encourages people to turn good intentions into action, with the idea that millions of individual gestures can eventually become a global movement capable of creating real change.

250,000+ FANS AND UNTOLD IS ONLY GETTING STARTED

Two days in, UNTOLD 2026 has already delivered some huge festival moments.

Sting brought generations together. The Chainsmokers turned the Mainstage emotional. Carl Cox took Galaxy into sunrise. Zara Larsson lit up Cluj. Kygo brought the tropical-house vibes. Sebastian Ingrosso and Marshmello pushed the energy even higher.

And with more than 250,000 people attending across the first two days, the scale of this year’s festival is already clear.

But UNTOLD is only halfway through.

Two more days remain, and if the first half of the festival is anything to go by, Cluj-Napoca is in for another massive weekend of music, production and unforgettable moments.

UNTOLD 2026 has only just begun.
