New York City’s very own Governor’s Ball has announced its lineup for the 2018 edition and raised the curtain over Diplo’s New side project Silk City. The star studded lineup includes Eminem , Jack White , Travis Scott as headliners along with hip hop artists like Khalid , Post Malone , Lil Uzi Vert . Other artists set to perform at Governors Ball include Halsey , D.R.A.M. , 2 Chainz and many more.
The lineup includes EDM artists as well like Galantis , The Glitch Mob also revealing about Diplo’s new side Project called Silk City along with producer Mark Ronson. While the names like Eminem , Travis Scott were featured in most of headlines , those who were paying attention noticed that two of the biggest names in dance music industry are all set to debut a new project at the festival . Both Diplo and Mark Ronson have proven themselves as hitmakers in the past , so there is no reason to believe that when they both come together , the outcome is going to be one for the books . We’re still yet to figure if Diplo and Mark Ronson will release new music together or just perform under the name. Silk City will be Ronson’s first project as an artist since his last solo record ‘ Uptown Funk ‘ with Bruno Mars .
