Before their upcoming massive performance at the Tomorrowland & Creamfields pres. Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike ‘Garden of Madness’ at Steel Yard Liverpool, we got an amazing opportunity to chat with the duo:

1. Hello guys, the year is just about to end, so can you share is your major highlights of 2018?

One of our highlights was definitely our residency with Armin van Buuren at Hï Ibiza, as well as all the festivals we played this summer. But the biggest highlight of our year is about to come the end of December when we host our own Sexy By Nature event in Rotterdam.

2.How do you guys produce a tune that has a perfect culmination of dance music along with tribal beats & progressive sounds?

We use our inspiration. Because we travel all over the world, we get inspirited by so many different countries and cultures. We use that in producing our music. Our style is mostly influenced by artists like Roger Sanchez, Dennis Ferrer, Masters At Work and other house legends from New York that use to play a lot of tribal tunes.

3.Next month you will be performing at the iconic Steel Yard. So, is there something special in the process in the studio?

There is a lot going on in the studio, but we can’t tell too much about this. But new music is on its way and people just have to come and watch the show in Liverpool 😉

4.In your perspective how has the electronic music scene evolved and where does it lack?

The electronic music scene has evolved a lot. Because of the internet the world got very small and people get influenced by so many different cultures and factors. It’s difficult to predict the evolution of music in the future, but we do believe that electronic music especially, is a very fast-moving genre, we see new trends all the time. It’s exciting to see in which direction the genre is going to evolve.

5.With your residency at Ibiza, your own stage at Tomorrowland, what’s the next big thing? Your own music festival, have you guys thought about this?

You just gave us an idea haha. Our own Sexy By Nature event on December 29 can be seen as a small music festival, since it has multiple stages and is held in a big venue. Who knows what will be next 😉

6.As you have a stacked roster of performances across the globe, how you manage to keep a perfect balance with your personal life?

It’s sometimes difficult, but we’re both really happy to have a steady home base. In January we always take a few weeks off and this really means OFF. We spend this time with our families and it gives us the possibility to fully recharge for the rest of the year. And when you do what you love, and we love to play around the wold, it seems to fall in to place naturally.

7.Your record label SONO MUSIC has been releasing a number of dope tunes from upcoming DJ/Producers. Can you tell us the acts on your label which the world needs to check out?

Marc Volt for sure!! But also, Bruno Martini, with who we released ‘Savages’. But Novak can’t be missed either. There are too many names to mention haha.

8.Recently you teamed up with Marc Volt for an amazing tune “In My Mind”, can you guys please tell us the process behind this gem?

Marc is a very talented guy and we heard some of his tunes and decided to work on a collab. Our styles are a bit alike so the studio time together was so much fun. We love his music, so we’ll definitely keep supporting him on our own SONO Music imprint.

9.You have performed in India on various occasions, what do you miss the most about the country?

The food!! We love the food in India.

10. Any special message to your fan base in India?

We love you guys! Playing in India is always special since you guys go crazyyyy when we play. Thanks for all the support, we are nothing without you! We hope to see you soon!
