Winter Music Conference has revealed its first keynote speakers, programming and additional partnerships for the 2019 annual edition in Miami. This conference unites experts, for example, craftsmen, DJs, record name agents A&R, makers, promoters, radio, and the media for courses and board dialogs. A huge number of participants go to the WMC every year from around the globe. This year’s edition will be having two parts one is more exclusive, by invitation or application only “Industry” segment targeted towards industry professionals and an additional open-to-the-public “Access” segment meant for curious music consumers looking to learn more about the music industry aspects of the business.

The first keynote speakers announced include the trance legend  Armin van Buuren who will be delivering a presentation on his world’s biggest trance music brand “A State of Trance”. Armin will be joined by a number of trance acts for this. Douglas Rushkoff, will be giving a presentation mainly based on his “Team Human” Podcast and deep topics concerning the human connection. Irvine Welsh & DJ Pierre will be leading a discussion on the evolution and impact of the acid house on global music and culture. Mixmash Records head honcho Laidback Luke to host WMC’s “The Power of Creative DJing” main stage presentation. Sam Feldt will be joined by a special guest in conversation about green philanthropy. Sam will be discussing his The Heartfeldt Foundation which is a non-profit platform that promotes a sustainable lifestyle and a healthier planet by using the reach and influence of ambassadors in the fields of music, sports, and entertainment.
